About The Artist

Rossana Montoya was born in 1967 in Lima-Peru. She studied at the School of Fine Arts and Design in Peru from 1985 to 1990 and emigrated to the United States in the 1990s. In 2000 she received a degree in painting from Florida International University and in 2010 she earned a master’s degree in art education. She has participated in several art exhibitions and currently, she teaches art and works in her studio in Miami, Florida.

Laurie Shapero is an emerging artist who explores the interplay of light, color, and emotion. Laurie began painting during the pandemic as a way to pass the time but over the last four years, her passion and love for the craft has grown. Her diversified paintings capture the beauty of everyday moments and the abstract, inviting viewers to pause and reflect.  Laurie’s dedication to her artistry fuels her evolution, promising a bright future ahead.
